It’s a pleasure to share professional photos of HG’s recently completed student accommodation scheme for long-standing client Alumno , located at Alscot Rd/Bermondsey Spa Gardens. This attractive development offers fully integrated facilities for 143 students, comprising high-quality rooms with fantastic shared amenities including a basement cinema lounge, study room, community area, car parking and 52 cycle spaces.

A mix of traditional and modern methods were employed in the construction of this student accommodation scheme. HG Construction self-delivered key project elements including piling, an insitu concrete frame solution, Moritsch tower crane, generators and forklifts, cabins and off-site bathroom pods.

Thanks to the use of modern technologies and concepts to enhance the building’s sustainability performance, we are pleased to have achieved BREAAM excellent on this scheme.
