We love this drone footage at Avonmouth Street, Elephant and Castle, showcasing the first stages of our new scheme for Tribe Student Housing. The student housing led scheme will comprise 226 student beds along with amenity space over 14 storeys, with commercial space on the basement and lower floors.

As the bird’s eye view clearly shows, this is a logistically challenging scheme which closely borders several adjacent properties requiring party wall agreements. We have engineered and installed extensive temporary works at the site to enable the excavation of a double basement. This solution will enable these early works to proceed efficiently and seamlessly.

We are very pleased with site progress to date and look forward to moving ahead with the slab formation and superstructure in the coming weeks.
