We welcomed Mayor of Berkhamsted Wendy Conian along with project partners to help celebrate the topping out of our Berkhamsted scheme.

Elysian Residences Ltd‘s retirement village scheme in Berkhamsted is being developed in a joint venture with Octopus Real Estate and will provide 103 luxury apartments and hotel-style facilities for residents.

This stylish development boasts a double-height lobby, restaurant, bar, library, function room, gym and treatment rooms, with 24-hour care if needed.  The project comprises a traditional brick façade and concrete frame structure, and incorporates sustainable construction elements including prefabricated bathroom pods and utility cupboards, and bolt-on balconies.

We are delighted to be partnering with Elysian Residences on this scheme as well as in Tunbridge Wells where we topped out just two weeks ago. We would like to thank all our project partners for their hard work and collaboration on this scheme to date and look forward to seeing the project progress further in the coming months.
