It’s great to share final pics of ‘Dock East’, a waterfront residential scheme for our client London Green at Millwall Dock. This modernist building with clean lines was designed to complement the Docklands location and the heritage of the area, featuring nautical design elements such as circular windows at the rear of the building.

The scheme involved the redevelopment of office space into 108 one, two and three bed apartments over nine floors. There are balcony areas on 3 elevations, with the west offering views of the City.  The spacious, open plan apartments have proved popular with many already sold.

As always it’s been a huge team effort, and we’re delighted to have reached the handover stage on this impressive project.
