In June we topped out at Castle Lane – a unique development for Landsec offering affordable housing of varying tenures less than half a mile from Buckingham Palace.
We gathered with Notting Hill Genesis, Landsec and project partners to mark the milestone and celebrate the great progress made on the scheme to date. Once complete the scheme will create 88 new one, two and three bedroom affordable homes, including 28 shared ownership apartments. The development also comprises a new green space, children’s play area and cycle storage.
Key to this project has been the sensitive restoration of the Victorian facades, ensuring that the development will add value to the local area without compromising its unique heritage. This is our first project with Landsec and we are proud to be working collaboratively with them to deliver high quality affordable accommodation in a fantastic location.
