Our residential led mixed-use scheme at Chiswick High Rd for client CHR is progressing well across all three blocks.

We are well into the second fix on Block C; kitchens are being installed and the façade is nearing completion. Block B is well into the first fix with the façade build up progressing well and internal partitions underway on the first 4 levels.

On the new build Block A, we are progressing with façade and internals and first fix has commenced on both wings.
We are continuing with refurbishment and strengthening works of the existing tower block. Formerly a disused office building, we are embracing sustainable construction methodologies to transform the space into high quality residential apartments.

Designed by award-winning Assael Architecture, the building’s design draws inspiration from the red-brick buildings and greenery of Chiswick High Road.  As well as 133 new luxury apartments and four town houses, the scheme will encompass 9,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space. The homes will benefit from access to private outdoor spaces and communal roof terraces, and a new pedestrian-friendly space is being created along with improvements to the surrounding public realm.
