It was a pleasure to congregate at Chiswick High Road on a lovely sunny afternoon to celebrate the topping out of a fantastic residential scheme.  Chiswick Gunnersbury Ward Councillor Joanna Biddolph joined in the celebrations, along with client Great Marlborough Estates and the project team.

Once complete, Chiswick Green will comprise 137 beautiful apartments, penthouses and townhouses, alongside thoughtfully designed landscaping. In addition, improvements to the surrounding public realm as well as new retail and leisure space will rejuvenate and activate the ground level streetscape and add to Chiswick’s already thriving local lifestyle offering.

Designed by award-winning Assael Architecture, the building’s design draws inspiration from the red-brick buildings and greenery of Chiswick High Road, with a distinctly contemporary look.
