We recently topped out the Travelodge building at Colchester’s Northern Gateway Leisure Park development. It was a great opportunity to congregate with client Turnstone Estates along with partners from Travelodge Hotels Limited, Colchester Amphora Trading Ltd., Colchester Borough Council and Canada Life, as well as the wider project team.

The 90-bedroom Travelodge hotel will complement the leisure and food and beverage offer at the £65 million Leisure Park and is set to open its doors in July next year.

The 200,000 sq ft leisure development is located within Colchester’s Northern Gateway, south of junction 28 of the A12. An impressive line-up of occupiers are committed to the development including Cineworld, Hollywood Bowl, Puttstars, Jump Street, Kervan Kitchen, Greggs, Wendy’s and Fastned.
