HG Construction is delighted to have completed its first project for Legal and General Affordable Homes – ‘The Moorings, Brentford Lock’ – at Commerce Road, London.

This is Legal & General Affordable Homes’ first land-led scheme. The development consists of 76 units in total – 67 shared ownership and 9 rented – over six levels, with one commercial unit. Piling, cranage, groundworks, frame and PUCs were all delivered using HG Construction’s internal capabilities, offering increased cost and programme certainty.
