HG Construction reached another important milestone this week as we handed over the main building at Empress Works to our client Aitch Group. It’s been a pleasure to work on this unique, stylish scheme and we’re delighted to be able to share some fabulous internal shots and views of the exterior.

Situated along the Regents Canal, the main building encompasses 53 1, 2 & 3 bed apartments with 7,000 sq ft of commercial space. Additional works include the transformation of the existing Regency and Victorian cottages into 5 stunning apartments, which is currently in the final stages of development. The sensitive rebuilding of the cottages will ensure that the charm and heritage of the area is retained and enhanced.  We look forward to sharing images of the transformed cottages in the next few weeks!
