The arrival of our crane at our New Kent Road site signals a new phase in the construction of this mixed-use residential led development for our client Southern Housing Group. The basement box is now complete and work will be commencing on the ground floor slab over the coming weeks.

136-142 New Kent Road involves the design and construction of 81 residential units across two blocks, with commercial and retail space at the ground and basement levels. Block A is formed of two adjacent towers of 14 and 10 storeys (including basement level), and Block B is seven storeys including basement level. The blocks form part of one monolithic building with a two-storey commercial space, and a podium slab between blocks A and B at first floor level which will be landscaped.
