We love this bird’s eye view of our Dace Road site. It provides a great perspective on how this impressive development at the entrance to Fish Island is taking shape, with the Olympic Village just on the doorstep.

This scheme is a 6,500m2 mixed use development for our client Southern Housing Group, encompassing 144 apartments and commercial space over 5 blocks. With fantastic new public spaces and a commercial courtyard, we’re excited about seeing this project come to life.
