This video of our recently completed scheme ‘Dock East’ shows off its fabulous waterfront location at Millwall Dock.

Designed to complement the Docklands location and the heritage of the area, the modernist building features interesting nautical design elements such as circular windows at the rear of the building.

The scheme involved the redevelopment of office space for client London Green
into 108 one, two and three bed apartments over nine floors, creating wonderful spaces to live in a vibrant neighbourhood.
