It is a pleasure to share final pics of our recently completed retirement village scheme in Berkhamsted for Elysian Residences Ltd and Octopus Real Estate.

The standard of the 103 luxury apartments and hotel-style facilities offered at The Denton is really quite exceptional. Residents will enjoy a double-height lobby, restaurant, bar, library, function room, gym and treatment rooms, with 24-hour care if needed, in addition to thoughtfully designed, spacious private apartments.

The project was constructed using a traditional brick façade and concrete frame structure, employing sustainable construction elements including prefabricated bathroom pods and utility cupboards, and bolt-on balconies. Throughout the construction of this scheme, our community liaison team have undertaken a programme of engagement with the local community including visits to local schools to talk about site safety, and volunteering to support local community projects and charity events.
