We are delighted to share completed photography of Brooke House, delivered by HG Construction in partnership with L&Q and Women’s Pioneer Housing – one of only two housing associations in the UK dedicated to women-only homes.
Completed three months ahead of programme, Brooke House showcases the high standards and collaborative approach that define HG Construction. The scheme replaces an ageing estate of 39 flats and more than doubles the number of affordable homes on the site.
Brooke House will provide over 100 safe, secure and modern homes for women living and working in Ealing – many of whom face housing insecurity. The development will also support essential workers in the local community. Designed with sustainability and long-term comfort in mind, the building incorporates a low‑energy strategy including heat pumps, MVHR and on‑site renewables. Its proximity to Acton Town Underground station offers residents excellent access to transport links and local services.
As well as beautifully designed communal areas and landscaped gardens, the scheme also features a striking entrance‑foyer mural created by award‑winning printmaker and illustrator Eliza Southwood, who worked closely with residents to shape the final design.
Thank you to everyone involved for their hard work, commitment and teamwork – the finished result is something we can all be proud of!
