Our Hammersmith team continue their hard work on site, delivering excellent work and ongoing activity in the community. For the fourth time, we have received full marks from the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) at our Talgarth Road PBSA and Hotel scheme for Dominus.

The CCS scheme is a comprehensive measure of how contractors respect the community, care for the environment and value their workforce. We are committed to building positive relationships within the local community and have done so through regular newsletters, Zoom meetings, and proactive engagement with local schools and community groups to maximise local learning and employment opportunities.

Workforce engagement on the site continues to be positive and includes work activity boards and regular coordination meetings. This scheme is aiming for BREEAM Excellent rating, and we are embracing low carbon content materials and modern methods of construction to minimise environmental impacts.
