Works are progressing well at our Hammersmith hotel scheme for Dominus – London’s joint-largest Premier Inn with 400 bedrooms.

The distinctive terracotta tiles on the hotel frontage are well underway and looking great. The roof is nearing completion, lift shafts are up and running and glass facades will commence imminently.

Designed by Stirling Prize winning architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, the part-ten, part-five storey 400-bedroom hotel will provide a significant boost to the hotel offering in the Hammersmith area. The hotel has been designed to achieve BREAAM excellent rating, incorporating green roofs, air source heat pumps and solar PV. At ground level, a new public realm will be introduced, including a plaza doubling as an event space for visitors and the local community.
