The last of our bathroom pods arrived recently at our hotel scheme at Talgarth Road, Hammersmith – where we’re delivering one of London’s largest Premier Inns on behalf of our client Dominus .

Bathroom pod no. 400 is now in place at this 400 bed hotel scheme, as we continue to make great progress!

Designed by Stirling Prize winning architects RSHP, the part-ten, part-five storey hotel will provide a significant boost to the hotel offering in the Hammersmith area.

It has been designed to achieve BREAAM excellent rating, incorporating green roofs, air source heat pumps and solar PV. As well as offering significant quality and programme benefits, the off-site manufactured bathroom pods further enhance the scheme’s sustainable credentials given their reduced environmental impact.

We look forward to moving ahead with the final stages of construction on this exciting scheme.
