Everyone was in great spirits as we gathered at 181 Talgarth Road, Hammersmith to celebrate the Topping Out of our 713 bed PBSA scheme for Dominus.

We welcomed Cllr Stephen Cowan, Leader of Hammersmith & Fulham Council, Dominus , Scape, Axiom Architects LLP, Whitby Wood, Consarc, RSHP, and DP9 Limited to mark the important milestone and celebrate our progress to date.

We have a truly outstanding team working on our Hammersmith site. Their dedication and commitment to excellence has led to the site consistently scoring top marks in the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS), and they have been named as a winner in the CCS National Site Awards 2024.

We have developed a great working relationship with Dominus over the past two years, delivering one of London’s largest Premier Inns in partnership with them at Talgarth Road. The PBSA scheme is another exciting development for the local area and we are delighted to be working alongside Dominus to deliver their vision.
