Our Harrow & Wealdstone scheme for Origin Housing has reached project handover stage and we are delighted to share final images of the development.

Located on the edge of Wealdstone and forming part of the Heart of Harrow Housing Zone, the development comprises 186 apartments spread across 4 separate tower blocks: 17 storey, 15 storey, 10 storey and 6 storey. As well as the affordable and shared ownership residential units, the mixed-use scheme includes commercial and community floor space, gardens and play areas.

Constructed using BIM principles of collaboration, electronic information exchange, and robust BS ISO Standard procedures, the scheme achieved exemplary standards of quality from preconstruction through to handover and aftercare.  The build was traditional alongside modern methods of construction including pre-cast concrete and off-site manufactured bathroom pods and utility cupboards, generating programme and environmental benefits.

This exceptional project is in the running for a number of awards. It was entered into the London Construction Awards by our partner Pulse Consult and has been shortlisted in the Residential Project of the Year category. Harrow Council Building Control has also nominated the scheme for the LABC Building of Excellence Awards 2023.
