We’re pleased to be appointed as Main Contractor and moving forward on the Bollo Lane development, South Acton, following Gateway 2 approval for Block AB, secured in just 22 weeks.

Standing 21 storeys above a basement level, Block AB will deliver 429 purpose-built student beds, while Block JK will provide 95 new homes, delivering much-needed affordable housing adjacent to Acton Town Station.
Together, the development will create a vibrant new mixed-use destination at the heart of Acton’s ongoing regeneration.
