HG Construction has secured a place on Notting Hill Genesis’ new four-year contractors’ framework following a competitive tender process.

The contractors selected for the framework will provide a range of construction and development works and services to Notting Hill Genesis (NHG), other companies in the NHG Group and other third-party framework users. The works and services provided via the framework will primarily support the delivery of new homes across London.

NHG is one of the largest housing associations in South East England, owning more than 64,000 properties and housing 170,000 residents. NHG plans to use its contractor supply chain to support the delivery of vibrant mixed-tenure and mixed-use schemes across its significant development pipeline which includes affordable and private homes for rent or sale, as well as commercial properties. NHG plans to deliver 7,000 new homes over the next five years in the Greater London area.
