This project is for the full demolition of the existing site, & construction of 2 Main structures; one 403 bed student accommodation block, known as Scape 2, and a 116-bed co-living block. Construction for Scape 2 consists of a part 4, 5, 7, and 8 storey RC frame. As well as a 1 Storey Basement that sits below the 7 & 8 storey blocks, housing a Gym, Cinema, and M&E plant Room. The facade make up is 2 variations of traditional brickwork. Co-living Block is a 4 storey RC frame with a 1 storey basement of the entire footprint of the building. This will house 31 parking spaces along with cycle storage & M&E plant Room. The facade build up is a perforated cladding panel system.

M&E Fit Out, inclusive of Air Source Heat pumps, will be self-delivered by our in-house contractor HG M&E. This close collaboration will aid the smooth delivery of this project.
