We are delighted to be partnering with Southern Housing Group to deliver Phase One of their major regeneration scheme at Free Wharf in Shoreham.

This impressive waterside scheme, situated on the mouth of the River Adur, is set to deliver 550 homes in total. Phase One involves the construction of 137 affordable homes – 40 rental properties and 97 shared ownership.  Shared facilities include a communal garden terrace area, parking and bike storage.  Commercial space will be available on the ground and first floors.  A Community Resilience Officer will be employed jointly by HG Construction and Southern Housing to support a smooth transition for prospective tenants and homeowners.

The scheme is well connected to local public transport, close to Brighton airport and just 9 minutes to Brighton by train. Clapham Junction train station is 1 hour 10 minutes away.
