A fantastic day on site in Birmingham as we celebrated the topping out of our 622‑bed PBSA scheme for Fusion. Spirits were high and there was a real sense of achievement across the team as we marked the milestone.

This project is especially significant for us as HG Construction’s first scheme in Birmingham, and it showcases the strength of our growing partnership with Fusion.

We are proud to be collaborating with Fusion to deliver high‑quality, design‑led student communities in key university cities. The Bristol Road development is a standout example of that shared ambition. With four blocks ranging from eight to 17 storeys and amenities including a basketball court, two‑storey gym, yoga studio, wellness spaces and landscaped outdoor areas, the scheme has student wellbeing at its core.
