We very much enjoyed the glorious weather and stunning views at our Ilderton Road topping out ceremony recently. It was a great opportunity to gather with project partners and reflect on our progress to date. This student housing led mixed use scheme for Tribe Student Housing comprises a 13 storey building and a 15 storey building, providing 250 high quality student accommodation bed spaces, 58 residential units and around 1500sqm of commercial floorspace.
