An update on ‘The Store House’ in Leeds, a large-scale PBSA scheme we are currently delivering on behalf of Manner.

The Briggate scheme comprises 369 en-suite bed spaces made up of 238 3-8 bed clusters and 131 studios. Plans also include 3,000sqm of flexible-use retail floorspace at ground and basement levels, as well as 527sqm of thoughtfully designed and highly specified amenity spaces.

The concrete frame is almost complete and we are casting the last 50% of roof slab. SFS is Installed to 7th floor, bathroom pods are loaded out to the 6th floor, windows installation is ongoing on the 5th floor, and cladding sub panelling is installed to the 6th floor. Dryline first fix is ongoing on the 4th Floor, and M&E first fix is ongoing on the bottom 3 floors.

It’s been a huge team effort to get to this stage and we are delighted with progress to date.  We look forward to sharing more updates as the project progresses.
