‘Living by Scape’ at Guildford is an exciting new concept for our client Scape – private living spaces with fantastic communal areas. The co-living aspect will appeal to young adults who are keen to move on from student accommodation whilst retaining a sense of community, flexibility and access to shared facilities.

We’ve been working with Scape over the last ten years delivering premium student accommodation schemes which offer a great range of shared facilities. Our most recent scheme for Scape is Guilford 2 with 500 beds in total – 387 bed student accommodation and the new co-living scheme ‘Living by Scape’ with 113 private studio apartments.

‘Living by Scape’ is situated close to Guilford Town Centre and offers stylish shared social spaces including a communal living area, co-working areas, cinema room, fitness studio and family-style kitchen. The student accommodation boasts an on-site gym, cinema room, music room and games area.
