HG Construction’s student accommodation scheme for SCAPE is progressing well with drainage now complete, ground floor slabs in, and slips disappearing off into the sunset. Unitised glass facades and bathroom pods are currently in production for use in the scheme.
At 100m high the Merrion Street scheme will be amongst the tallest buildings in Leeds. Built on the site of the former Santander building, it will provide 693 bedrooms for local students as well as shared amenity spaces across two blocks, with two retail units on the ground floors.
This is the 10th scheme that HG Construction has delivered for SCAPE and we are delighted to be partnering with them once again on this iconic Leeds development.
