We are currently casting Level 1 of the concrete frame, with walls and columns soon to follow to the upper floors of cores A&B. Our second tower crane is due to arrive on site over the next week, and we are on track to complete all groundworks ahead of the Christmas break.

The £80m Build-to-Rent scheme is being developed by HG Living on behalf of the Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC). It will comprise 306 new high-quality, energy efficient residential apartments, along with a fantastic range of amenities including a 24-hour concierge, residents’ lounge, gym, fitness studio, sky lounge and multi-use games room.

We are targeting a 4* Homes Quality Mark rating, a minimum gold WiredScore rating and a minimum EPC rating of ‘B’ on this scheme.
