We had a great day to celebrate topping out at our Moulsecoomb Way site, and we made the most of the sunshine with a rooftop ice cream truck!

1 Moulsecoomb Way, Brighton is a student housing led mixed-use scheme for our client McLaren Property. Designed to achieve a BREEAM excellent rating, the development will comprise 380 bedrooms, retail units and community space.

The topping out ceremony was the ideal opportunity to celebrate the hard work and collaboration on this project so far – well done team!
