The Store House will deliver 369 student bed spaces along with 2,417 sqm of prime-positioned flexible retail space across the ground and basement levels. The scheme will also encompass thoughtfully designed and highly specified amenity spaces accommodating a variety of uses including: co-working & study space, wellness suite, lounge and recreation areas, screening room and private dining with roof terrace.
