Tribe Student Housing is committed to delivering quality, affordable flats and houses for students in excellent locations.  We’re delighted to be partnering with them to develop a new student housing led mixed use scheme at Ilderton Road, Southwark.

This new development will involve the construction of a 13 storey building and a 15 storey building, providing 250 student accommodation bed spaces, 58 residential units and around 1500sqm of commercial floorspace.

The scheme is located close to New Kent Road and is ideally placed for students attending several London universities.
