We are delighted to be working with Meadow Partners to deliver a contemporary new residential development in Willesden Green.  The project known as ‘St Paul’s Mansions’ involves the design and construction of 76 high quality residential apartments with a mix of tenures, offering family sized homes to smaller downsizing options. The building will span seven storeys and includes a basement which will provide car parking and cycle storage.

The development is situated close to Willesden Green tube station and is just a five-minute walk from the vibrant local high street. The stylish undulating facade design has been chosen to echo the nearby listed Kingsley Court, drawing on its art deco influences. Landscaped gardens and amenity spaces will also be incorporated as part of the scheme. Initial works included the demolition of an existing garage building and piling is now underway.

Construction of the development will conclude in Spring 2023.
