HG Construction has commenced work on the third phase of a new retirement living scheme for Elysian Residences Ltd at Sevenoaks, Kent.

The project at Sevenoaks will involve the construction of 53 new luxury apartments over five blocks, along with landscaping. This scheme is the third phase of Elysian Residence’s development of Wildernesse House situated in Wildernesse Estate – a protected estate which enjoys a tranquil rural setting.

Comprising five elegant new buildings, the development has been designed to blend in with the stunning backdrop of Wildernesse House, with the living spaces opening onto terraces, gardens, and mature trees. The main structure of the building will be a traditional build, with block and beamed floors forming the structure clad in a brick façade and clay tiled roofs.

The Wildernesse Estate lies around 2km from Sevenoaks and is in very close proximity to the village of Seal. It provides a unique and prestigious location for this high-quality residential scheme, which will offer luxury living along with a real sense of community.

We have developed a great working relationship with Elysian Residences throughout the construction of their Berkhamsted and Tunbridge Wells schemes, and we have a first class team in place to deliver the Sevenoaks project. Blockwork is now underway at the site and we look forward to sharing further milestones along the construction journey.
