Work is now underway on a new residential-led mixed-use scheme for our client Southern Housing on Glengall Road, Southwark, on the site of a former factory and warehouse.

The scheme will comprise 170 residential apartments built over four blocks, with commercial space on the ground and first floors. The façade will be retained on two elevations to ensure the development is in keeping with the heritage of the local area. An industrial chimney will also be preserved and incorporated into the scheme’s design, with the residential blocks centred around a landscaped courtyard.

This is the fifth scheme we have delivered for Southern Housing and we are delighted to be partnering with them once again to bring more urgently required homes to the market.
