We are delighted to announce that HG Construction has been appointed to deliver a new Premier Inn at Lambeth for our client City Grove, adding to our strong portfolio of hotel construction projects.

This scheme involves the construction of a 12 storey Premier Inn offering 137 rooms, as well as the construction of a new modern, accessible church building including 3 new apartments to replace the existing Lambeth Mission & St Mary’s Church building. An existing statue and other historical elements will be retained and incorporated into the new scheme.
