Our site at Alscot Rd continues to progress at pace with concrete poured up to Level 5 and SFS underway. Bathroom pods are on site and windows are due to arrive next week. HG are self-delivering the frame on this project, ensuring programme efficiencies for the client.

The scheme will provide fully integrated facilities for 143 students, comprising high-quality rooms with shared amenities including a basement cinema lounge, study room and community area. Close to Bermondsey underground station, it is conveniently located for students attending local higher educational institutions.
