Works are progressing well at ‘The Store House’ in Leeds, where we are currently delivering a large-scale PBSA scheme for Manner.

The Briggate scheme comprises 369 high quality en-suite bed spaces made up of 238 3-8 bed clusters and 131 studios. It also includes around 3,000sqm of flexible-use retail floorspace at ground and basement levels, as well as 527sqm of thoughtfully designed and highly specified amenity spaces.

The building is now well out of the ground with the concrete frame almost finished up to first floor level; the second floor concrete frame is nearing completion and work on the third floor has commenced. SFS design and façade is significantly complete and we expect to start work on this mid April. Bathroom pods are expected to arrive on site next week.

The site presents logistical challenges given its tight city centre location. Our team are working hard to minimise disruption for neighbouring businesses, with our community liaison team ensuring ongoing communication and updates.
