Another scheme successfully completed in Egham for our longstanding client Danehurst! This is the fourth student scheme we have delivered for Danehurst, offering high quality accommodation with excellent shared facilities.

The scheme, called ‘The Garage’, involved the design and construction of five buildings providing accommodation in cluster flats and studios for 166 students, shared kitchen and living space, a gym, study room and exceptional communal room, with car and cycle parking, and external landscaping.

The accommodation is located close to Royal Holloway University of London and has proved instantly popular with students, with all but a handful of the flats and studios now taken.  We have no doubt that the students will enjoy their fabulous new residence!
