Our Ilderton Road development for Tribe Student Housing is progressing at pace, with the arrival of a second Moritsch tower crane on site this week. The Moritsch RTL 195 is an oil-free luffing jib crane which reaches an 8m out-of-service radius with a 55m jib and has a maximum lifting capacity of 16 tonnes.

The scheme comprises a 13 storey building and a 15 storey building, with 250 student accommodation bed spaces, 58 residential units and around 1500sqm of commercial floorspace. With the second crane now on site, this will enable us to swiftly complete the basement excavation and proceed with the super-structure works.
