We are excited to be partnering with Tribe Student Housing once again to deliver a high quality mixed use scheme on Avonmouth Street, Elephant and Castle. The student housing led scheme will comprise 226 student beds along with amenity space over 14 storeys, with commercial space on the basement and lower floors.

This attractive 16-storey development offers a unique opportunity to transform the existing site with attractive new façades and landscaping, reconnecting the building to Newington Gardens and the surrounding area. Works include improvements to the public realm to enhance the pedestrian and cycle experience around the site, encouraging increased use of the park.

The scheme is well connected to public transport and is located just a few minutes’ walk from both the University of the Arts and London South Bank University. 35% of the bedspaces will be affordable student accommodation for local university students.
