These fantastic drone shots show off the stunning location of our Shoreham-by-Sea scheme for Southern Housing, where our team are making excellent progress on Phase Two of this exciting mixed use residential development.

Block F RC frame is approaching level 4, the podium slab construction is approaching completion and Block E frame is due to commence shortly. Drainage and service infrastructure is almost complete and internal M&E has commenced. Follow on trades will start in the coming weeks – SFS, scaffold and brickwork. HG Offsite Solutions will be providing pre-manufactured bathroom pods for use in the scheme, as well as utility cupboards.

This 100% affordable development will comprise 145 apartments featuring a mix of rented and shared ownership tenures, as well as commercial spaces on the ground floors. The scheme is located just next to Phase One of the development, known as ‘Free Wharf Twenty-One,’ encompassing 137 apartments designed for affordable housing, and provision of commercial spaces.
