The location of our Shoreham-by-Sea scheme for Southern Housing is simply stunning, as this recent progress video shows.

Our team continue to make excellent progress on Phase Two of this exciting mixed use residential development. The 100% affordable scheme comprises 145 apartments with a mix of rented and shared ownership tenures, as well as commercial spaces on the ground floors.

The scheme is located just next to Phase One of the development, known as ‘Free Wharf Twenty-One,’ encompassing 137 apartments designed for affordable housing, and provision of commercial spaces.
