Our waterside housing scheme at Shoreham for Southern Housing is making great headway. Phase One of Southern Housing’s Free Wharf regeneration scheme, it comprises 137 affordable homes – 40 rental properties and 97 shared ownership. Shared facilities include a communal garden terrace area, parking and bike storage, with commercial space available on the ground and first floors.

We are continuing with brickwork and mechanical and electrical installation on all blocks, with kitchen installation, painting and decorating and interior fit out ongoing on block H. Over the next few weeks we will be commencing scaffold strike, balcony installation, PV panels and lift installation.
