Some projects deserve a different kind of completion photo ✨
We’ve officially handed over Silverthorne Lane in Bristol, delivering 706 cluster and studio rooms across four blocks for Studio Hive.

To celebrate, the site team lit up the building to spell out HG across the façade.

It’s a simple image, but it represents a huge amount of hard work from the people who made it happen. From our in-house piling team and a prefabricated bathroom pod solution to overcoming the challenges of a live railside and canalside location, with live power infrastructure running through the heart of the site, every team played their part.

A brilliant achievement by everyone involved.

We’ll be sharing the drone footage in the coming weeks.

For now, we’ll leave you with our team’s own completion shot.
