We were pleased to be named first runner up in the SVLG Social Value Awards 2023 in the Social Value Champion category (Large Organisation).  This was a great achievement as the competition was very strong and we were up against some very noteworthy projects. We were chuffed to be nominated by our client Southern Housing, highlighting the positive working relationship we have developed with them.

This was the first year of the Social Value Awards which aims to recognise supply-chain partners who have demonstrated a commitment to social value and delivered meaningful projects/contributed resources and opportunities for the benefit of local communities.

We are committed to making a positive impact on the communities where we operate, whether that’s through donating to local projects, funding community posts or providing volunteers. The great work carried out by our social value team typically stays behind the scenes, so we are delighted that our client shone a spotlight on their efforts by nominating HG for this award!
