Our Midlands team recently welcomed the Make It Visible van to our Bristol Road site in Birmingham.

HG is proud to support Make It Visible, a Lighthouse Charity taskforce dedicated to making welfare and wellbeing support easier to access across the construction industry.

The team delivered an impactful toolbox talk on the importance of looking after our health and wellbeing, recognising when someone might be struggling, and knowing where to go for help. Make It Visible offers a wide range of support for anyone facing emotional, physical, or financial challenges in construction.

Creating a culture where people feel able to speak up and seek support is something we all play a part in. No one should face a crisis alone, and asking for help is a strength.
