It’s exciting to see our North Island building for our client @ArgentRelated’s ‘Heart of Hale’ scheme start to take shape. Works are continuing to progress at pace with RC frame slabs, columns and walls now complete up to level 5 and the lift shaft core up to level 8. SFS has started, our off-site manufactured utility cupboards are on site, bathroom pods are due to arrive next week and windows shortly after.

This scheme will deliver 136 new homes including 80 shared ownership and 56 market sale, with 3000 sq ft commercial space – located just moments from Tottenham Hale station.

The regeneration of Tottenham Hale will deliver much needed green spaces, improved road networks, retail and leisure hubs, a health centre and affordable housing for the area.
