Last week we marked a major milestone on Old Kent Road as we celebrated the topping out of THE BeCa – the first building in Avanton’s Ruby Triangle masterplan. It was a great opportunity to gather together and reflect on the enormous progress made over the past few years.

We are delighted to have formed a strong, collaborative partnership with Avanton as we work together to deliver this landmark scheme. A shared commitment to quality, collaboration and delivering lasting value has been evident throughout, and we’re proud to be playing our part in the regeneration of the Old Kent Road.
